Stoop Residence

Our team is proud to have had experience in a variety of residential alteration and new build projects, with a key emphasis on creating homes that are both functional and meaningful to the occupants, in equal measure. We believe that ‘less is more’ and aim to maintain this philosophy in our designs.

We were engaged to design and document a new entrance to a lovely kept existing home overlooking the estuary in Paraparaumu. During this process, we submitted successful applications for a Resource Consent and Building Consent provided full contract administration services during construction.

This spacious and welcoming entrance way features a stunning pivoting door, a picture window to a capture a enclosed native garden, new security surveillance and a solid sliding door to private privacy from the new lobby to the existing house.

The extension provided the privacy, functional layout and high level detail which the owner was seeking.
