Sabatini Residence

Our team was engaged to work with Curious By Design on this lovely renovation and extension in North Melbourne, a home walking distance from Melbourne CBD and in the heart of the bustling northern suburbs for two fantastic clients. The brief was to incorporate stunning modern elements, keeping the home stylish and classic, which we loved as this is our forfeit.

A heritage overlay was also present on the property so heritage advice was sought from the local council before lodging the building consent. We believe the character of an existing house was of the utmost important and so this was kept in mind in the addition.

The design met the planning and heritage requirements and we successfully obtained a building consent for this project.

This project was completed earlier than expected and was on budget (yes, this is possible!).
